Family Choice Healthcare is a licensed, non-medical home care agency specializing in providing personal care in the client’s home setting. Founded in 1995 by Kym and Steve Taylor, they are passionate about giving the best care and hiring the very best caregivers to help them. The company has growth both organically and through acquisition to cover three states in the mid-Atlantic region with over 200 caregivers. As one can imagine, that level of growth comes with a unique set of challenges.
Our original mandate was to rejuvinate the company’s brand by redesigning the logo and website. As our partnership with the client expanded, we have been able to assist them in many more ways that touch every aspect of their business.

Communication
The Family Choice Healthcare network consists of 4 different agency brands, operating in 7 locations across 3 states. We developed print and digital assets to facilitate client acquisition, employee recruitment, and internal communication.
Technology
Although not as visible or glamorous as visual communications, an organization’s use of technology is a fundamental element of productivity and fiscal management. We have been instrumental in helping the Family Choice Healthcare network of agencies standardize their assessment, acquisition and implementation of technology to improve their bottom line, including secure email systems and operating procedures across all agencies.
Business Intelligence
With seven locations across three states, Family Choice Healthcare deals with a lot of data. We develop processes and recommend analysis tool to optimize the use of metrics to improve efficiency. To support Client Acquisition, we measure website and social media engagement, and the impact that activity has on new client relationships. To support Recruitment and Retention, we develop methods to streamline the onboarding process and track retention rates and a variety of HR functions.
