PROJECT
Brand Management & Communications
Web & Digital Media • Reports & Publications • Video • Presentation & Event Graphics
AEO provides research, insights, advocacy, and tools for institutions and organizations that support microbusiness and microfinance. While microbusiness (small businesses with less that 10 employees) make up over 90% of all U.S. businesses, most people don’t know how important they are to the economy, or understand their unique needs.
Our objective was to develop a unified, consistent brand for AEO and its subsidiary initiatives and programs, to raise awareness of these important facts and produce actionable communication. This branding effort spanned multiple platforms, including print, digital and social media.
Promotional video for AEO’s 2020 National Conference. Even though the pandemic forced the conference to go virtual, we thought the video was pretty cool!
Publication Design
We developed print and digital friendly reports, booklets and one-sheets to facilitate understanding of important issues, processes and impacts in the microbusiness and microfinance industries.
Illustration + Infographics
We created logos and graphics designed to extend AEO’s brand to individual programs and affiliates, and to facilitate understanding of complex concepts.
Event + Presentation Graphics
We created compelling, relevant slides and video content to support live events and presentations.
Web Development & Digital Marketing
Working with the program leads and senior leadership, we developed the structure, look and feel, iconography, and edited the content for the redesign and launch of the new AEO website. The site was designed to visually attractive, informative, and efficient to maintain. We also carried the digital look & feel forward through email newsletters and social media posts.
